The ink mixing system in the ink path prevents loose ink particles from entering the print head after downtime and reduces the number of print head failures by a record. The ink is delivered in cartridges with a capacity of 700 ml, which significantly reduces the cost of printing.

Working with media

The design of the printer is thought out to the smallest detail: one operator is enough to install or change the media, and special pressure rollers located across the entire width of the print make it easier to load media of various formats.

The media tension system in the Epson SureColor SC-S40670 printer is fully automated, which means that the operator does not need to manually enter the settings. Tension control and adjustment is performed directly during the printing process. The printer prints on a wide variety of media: vinyl, canvas, film, paper, and many others (up to 64 inches (162.6 cm) wide).
