The Epson Stylus Pro WT7900 is the ideal professional solution for creating high-quality color proofs of flexible packaging in flexographic and engraving printing.

The Epson Stylus Pro WT7900 is a large-format A1+ printer specially designed for high-quality flexographic color proofing and uses the latest developments in high-resolution inkjet printing technology, including Epson UltraChrome ™ HDR White ink printing technology.

The Epson Stylus Pro WT7900 printer uses a specially designed  MicroPiezo ® TFP ™ piezoelectric head that provides variable-size drop printing (min. drop size 3.5 pl) with a resolution of 2880 x 1440 dpi (for standard printing) and a resolution of 1440 x 1440 dpi (white ink printing). The new revolutionary printhead technology allows you to print high-speed color and white ink in a single pass. The speed of printing on this printer is higher than the speed of printing by many traditional methods for solving similar tasks – high-quality color proofing on transparent or metallized film media.

The professional color-proof printer Epson Stylus Pro WT7900 uses a unique white water-based ink Epson UltraChrome HDR White. Thanks to the exceptionally high controlled density, they provide a wide range of white shades on the print, both in the “direct” and “reverse” printing mode. Using nine High Dynamic Range (HDR) color pigment inks, including orange and green inks, with improved Microcrystal Encapsulation technology and high-density black ink, you can get high-quality color-proof prints with exceptionally wide color coverage on a variety of film materials (sheet and roll).

Epson PreciseColor ™ technology

In order to ensure consistent quality for each Stylus Pro series printer, the production process includes a colorimetric calibration step for each printer instance. Guarantee of stable color quality of each copy of the Epson Stylus Pro series printer. The user does not need to calibrate their printer by themselves. Check and configure the operation of each printer at the production stage.

Automatic print head status check
